We have an experienced attorney and staff with many years of experience in title, escrow services and real estate. Attorney John Holland has over 30 years experience in real estate transactions. Our senior escrow officer, Toni Andrews has over 20 years in title work and has closed over 10,000 Texas real estate contracts. All our staff are experienced, having worked together continuously as a team for nearly a decade.
Continuing Education Classes
Realtors looking for CE hours have come to the right place. John Holland is a TAR instructor with over 10 years experience teaching as a Texas REALTORS approved instructor. We train in three independent training centers across the Metroplex. We have our own training centers in Denton County (at the Denton office of Holland Law and Title), at the Texas Real Estate Center at the Texas Motor Speedway, and at the Real Estate Success Center on Preston Road in Dallas. We strive to help agents gain mastery of their professional skills and obligations.
